Condor Ferries Ferry Crossings to France & The Channel Islands

Condor Ferries is one of the main ferry operators operating on the English Channel. Condor Ferries are the main ferry operator offering services to the Channel Islands of Guernsey & Jersey and they also offer frequent cross channel ferries to France across a range of routes from different ports from the UK.

Condor Ferries have been offering passenger ferry services since 1964, since then they have become 'THE' Channel Island Ferry Service and following the closure of HD Ferries, is currently the only ferry operator offering car ferry services to Guernsey and Jersey.

Condor Ferries High Spped Catamaran

During Condor Ferries first years of service they operated a sole passenger service between France and the Channel Islands. They first started operating services from the UK in 1987. Today Condor Ferries operate their services from three UK ports, Poole, Portsmouth and Weymouth with sailings offered to Guernsey and Jersey in the Channel Islands with services also operating to Cherbourg and St Malo in France.

Condor Ferries Vessels & Services

Condor Ferries operate a modern fleet of High Speed Catamarans. Condor Vitesse, Condor Express, and Condor 10 offer passengers a fast, comfortable journey across the Channel to their destination. In 1999 Condor Ferries introduced Commodore Clipper, a conventional car, passenger and freight carrying vessel enabling them to offer an all weather, year round service. Each year Condor Ferries carries close to 1 millions passengers and 200,000 passenger vehicles.

Condor Ferries also operates Commodore Goodwill, as a freight only vessel. The Condor Ferries fleet carries 100,000 freight vehicles into the Channel Islands each year as well as exporting tonnes of local produce.
