Hull Port Ferry Overview
In a prime location on the north bank of the River Humber, the Port of Hull is one of the UK’s leading foreign-trading ports. The Port of Hull is the only passenger port on the Humber, handling nearly one million passengers per year. The port’s Rotterdam Terminal accommodates the super-cruise ferries operated by P&O Ferries on the Hull–Rotterdam and Hull Zeebrugge crossings. The main Hull Ferry Terminal is located in King George Dock.
Hull Ferry Port has excellent links to the motorway network and thanks to its position on the north bank of the River Humber also provides a major geographical advantage for transport links in to and out of the UK.
Hull is located in East Yorkshire, England and is a cosmopolitan city with a beautiful harbour, excellent museums, great pubs and good shopping facilities. The City of Hull is undergoing a large redevelopment project and is now a city offering world class entertainment and visitor attractions. Hull is home to the magnificent Humber Bridge, the third longest suspension bridge in the world which offers the main gateway to the city. |
