Silja's Serenade and Symphony pioneered a new kind of street like enclosed promenade deck. Such promenades can also be found aboard Color Fantasy and Color Magic as well as many modern cruise vessels.
Silja Serenade is identicle to her sister apart from some small external differences by which they can be told apart. The outer decks on the Serenade are painted green (they are light blue on the Symphony), the eyes of the seal in Serenade's funnel are white with a blue outline whereas they are all blue on the Symphony, and the light box with the ship's name on it is blue on the Serenade but white on the Symphony. |
