Twelve Quays has a floating landing stage in the river that can take two ro-ro ferries at the same time. The terminal provides vehicle parking space on the site of the former Wallasey Dock. The Twelve Quays location locations is also home to a high-tech business park. |

From the M53 - Follow signs on the M53 for Wallasey Docks, which is the last turning before the exit to the Mersey Tunnel entrance to Liverpool. Follow the Wallasey Dock Links Road for approximately two miles, keeping straight at first roundabout and then right at second roundabout onto Tower Road. This takes you across the Four Bridges. Norfolkline Irish Sea ferry terminal is on the left. If using Sat-Nav, use the postcode CH41 1LD to get to Twelve Quays.
By Train - There are 3 railway stations located near to Liverpool Birkenhead Ferry Port - Hamilton Square, Birkenhead Park and Birkenhead Central. Hamilton Square is the closest though all 3 are within walking distance of the Norfolkline Irish Sea Terminal.
